PRIVATE

Tailored to meet the needs of each individual, a private session allows the student to work at his or her own level, and to focus each session on specific needs and goals.  The instructor will vary each workout, incorporating all the appropriate Pilates equipment and mat work to provide a personalized experience to help each student reach their personalized goals.

DUET

These sessions are ideal for students with similar levels of Pilates study and goals, who enjoy the rhythm of a class but with more individualized instruction.  Students will utilize Reformers, Towers, Chairs and Mat in diverse and varied workouts.  If you are looking for a Duet, let us know so we can help pair you with one or more partners.

SEMI-PRIVATE

With 3 or 4 students in a semi private class, these sessions consists of rhythmic movements with transitions into a number of choreographed exercises.  Expect to uniformly develop the body by increasing strength, flexibility and stamina. Sessions will also improve body alignment, balance and coordination. Core Strong uses state of the art Centerline equipment utilizing Reformers, Tower Systems and Chairs.  You will leave a lesson feeling elongated and toned.

Beginner/Intermediate Semi Private Class Description

This semi-private class consists of rhythmic movements with transitions into a number of choreographed exercises designed by Joseph H. Pilates. Expect to uniformly develop the body by increasing strength, flexibility and stamina. Sessions will also improve body alignment, balance and coordination. Core Strong uses state of the art Centerline equipment utilizing Reformers, Tower Systems and Chairs. You will leave a lesson feeling elongated and toned.

Intermediate/Advanced Semi Private

MAT

This class centers around floor work conducted on a mat using the body's own resistance.  It is a series of exercises which are performed and designed to improve circulation, breathing, posture and body awareness.

Yogalates

Combing the strength of Pilates core work with the flexibility of Yoga to create healthy movement for all your joints. Making not just your body stronger but also touching on how proper movement of the body challenges the brain.

Pilates Foundations Class

A foundations class is open for New and Beginner level Pilates students. You will be learning the basic fundamentals of Pilates.
